Singer songwriter, Mary Ellen Doyle and artist, Steven Spann met when Mary Ellen visiting from New York City was looking to rent a converted warehouse loft apartment in downtown Dallas. The management asked Steven to show the apartment since he was moving out at the end of the month. On 9/9/99, while viewing the apartment, Mary Ellen agreed to be painted by Steve while holding a guitar; little did he know this girl could sing and play. This is where it all began, the search for inspiring spaces to reside, create, commune and thrive. With this blank canvas anyone’s vision can come to life. Steve and Mary Ellen have transformed a beautiful 1949 warehouse in downtown Las Vegas into a one of kind boutique event space. Their labor of love is all about honoring the past, rejoicing in the present and being hopeful for the future.
